Our experience

Kirk Kruger is an experienced reward professional who has worked in multiple sectors of the economy and at a multi-national level. He has over 25 years reward experience and has held several senior reward roles including Head of Reward for SAB Limited, Standard Bank and the MultiChoice Group. In these roles he has been responsible for the reward strategy of the organisation, incorporating market competitiveness, reward processes, employee benefits and wellness, short and long-term incentives, and executive reward.

He holds a B Com in Economics from the University of Johannesburg and has completed the executive development programmes at SAB and Standard Bank.

He is a certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) and is an accredited Master Reward Specialist. He was selected as the South African Reward Association Reward Strategist of the Year in 2005.
